Workshop Description:
Project Managers are tasked with integrating key project elements and making it happen. Stakeholder analysis is a key integrative technique that can help project team members understand and appropriately focus upon the needs and expectations of individuals internal and external to the project. It often provides the team with new perspectives and basic measures that help assess project risks for proactively uncovering and removing barriers. Stakeholder analysis provides additional benefits and tools that should prove valuable to the project team such as sets of previously unspoken project requirements and expanded communication and risk management plans.
